White Christians Benefit From White Supremacy

I am not surprised at all by the silence of white christians in America. In fact, it is expected. The reality is that white christians benefit from white supremacy. To them, denying their white privilege to speak against social inequalities, would leave them susceptible to being “treated like black folks” and although this is erroneous to us; it’s a possibility to them.

Don’t be fooled by these late night “philanthropic” commercials of white missionaries exploiting marginalized groups, in countries with high levels of poverty, under the guise of “God’s work,” as a representation of alliance because it’s imperialism in its purest form. More than likely there is an underlying motive that benefits them more than the black people they’re “allegedly” helping.

Since the Civil rights era and before that white christians have benefited from white supremacy and have killed black people off the principles of white supremacy. And fast-forward we see that nothing is new under the sun[Ecclesiastes 1:9].

I’m critiquing white christians because the jig is up! We must stop pretending like black people are the only ones exposed to what’s going on in the media. I’ve noticed that most of these famous white televangelist’s fan base are black people, black women, to be more specific. And yet, I haven’t seen or heard any of them speak up for any of us. Let’s be clear, I don’t believe that black people need white christians to “speak up” but since we are all serving the same God, why not? And since they have profited tremendously off black emotionalism and gulliability, why not?
